Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us at  thekadamabatree@gmail.com  within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon receiving your request, we'll arrange a return pick-up to collect the item as soon as possible. 

Return Conditions:

Return requests should be generated within 24 hours of item delivery.

We only accept returns if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

No returns will be accepted without Proof of purchase.

Please make sure to record a product unboxing video so that we can learn about the issue and process your return request as soon as possible.

We will not accept returns of items without the required label or seal.Items altered from their original condition or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.

Products damaged during use are not eligible for refund or replacement.

If return is accepted, the return process will complate in 7-8 business days

Note:- If the return does not comply with our policy, no replacement or refund will be provided, and we reserve the right to withhold any funds already received.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.

The refund will be credited to the same account for credit card or net banking payments.

For COD orders, the refund will be credited as a Credit Note. Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges for COD orders.

Refunds will be credited back to original mode of payment method within 7 to 8 working days.

Note: We are not responsible for delays in crediting the Cardholder's account, as the issuing bank manages this.
